Hannes Berger is the founder and Manager of Our Celiac Society. You might know him as Ceo of the biggest gluten-free company Schar.

He stepped down from his position to spread avearnes and to help celiacs in Aberdeen. To achieve his goal he started this society.

Massimo Bottura Pasta Chef

Massimo Bottura our newest member is an Italian restaurateur and the chef patron of Osteria Francescana, a three-Michelin-star restaurant based in Modena, Italy.

He came all the way from italy to help us create the best italian pasta. He also serves a role here as our teacher in cooking classes
